Welcome to Flyway Invitation, a brand under Flyway Media (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you (“the client,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
- Flyway Invitation, as part of Flyway Media, specializes in digital invitations and wedding stationery.
- Services are customized based on the client’s event details and preferences.
- The client must provide accurate and complete information (names, dates, photos, logos, text, etc.).
- Any delay in providing details may extend the delivery timeline.
- Our office operates Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- The office remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Orders or payments made outside working hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
- Processing Time: Standard processing begins within 1–2 business days after receiving complete details.
- Delivery Timeline: Final invitations are delivered within 6–7 business days (approx. 1 week).
- Urgent Orders: Delivery within 48 hours is available at extra charges.
- Refunds & Cancellations: All payments are final and non-refundable.
- 4.1 Digital Invitations
- All invitations are delivered digitally only (via WhatsApp, email, or other agreed methods).
- No physical products will be shipped unless specified.
- Once the final file is delivered and approved, Flyway Invitation holds no responsibility for additional edits unless separately contracted.
4.2 Printed Invitations (If Applicable)
- Printed invitations will be shipped through a third-party courier/delivery service.
- Flyway Invitation is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier company.
- Tracking details will be provided once dispatch is complete.
Any courier delays must be resolved directly with the courier company.
- Theme Changes: Clients must carefully choose their design before confirming an order. Theme/design changes are not permitted after confirmation.
- Revisions: Up to 3 free revisions are included. Additional edits may incur extra charges.
- Revisions must be requested within the timeline provided by our team.
- All designs, graphics, templates, and content created by Flyway Invitation (Flyway Media) remain our intellectual property.
- Final invitations are licensed to the client for personal use only.
- Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the designs without written permission.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any third-party content they provide (such as images, logos, or music).
We respect your privacy. Any personal details or event information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
Flyway Invitation (Flyway Media) is not responsible for:
- Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., device compatibility, WhatsApp/email delivery, third-party platform errors).
- Printing errors when our digital files are printed externally without prior confirmation.
- Courier company delays, damages, or lost shipments (in the case of printed invitations).
Our liability is limited to the
fees paid for the service.
- After order confirmation, clients are requested to use WhatsApp messages for updates rather than multiple phone calls.
- Our team will provide updates and send previews before final delivery.
- Either party may terminate services in the event of a material breach of these terms.
- Payments already made remain non-refundable.
In case of early termination, partial work may still be shared at the company’s discretion.
- By using our website or communication platforms, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or misuse any content without permission.
- Upload or share harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials.
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Flyway Invitation (Flyway Media) may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
