At Flyway Invitation (a unit of Flyway Media), we specialize in crafting personalized digital invitations designed exclusively for your special occasions. To maintain transparency and protect both parties, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Advance Payment
All orders require 100% advance payment.
Payments once made are final and non-refundable.
2. Digital Product Nature
Our products are digital, customized, and delivered electronically via Email, WhatsApp, or a secure download link.
Due to the digital format, our invitations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once delivered.
3. Personalization & Revisions
We provide multiple rounds of revisions before the final approval stage.
Clients must carefully review and request any corrections during the revision process.
Once the final design is approved and delivered, further changes, refunds, or returns are not possible.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before the design process begins.
Once customization or design work has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
5. Caricature & Video Invitations
After a caricature is completed, pose or attire cannot be changed. Only small corrections may be considered if provided in a single request.
In video and caricature invitations, the theme cannot be changed once it has been confirmed during initial discussions.
6. Printed Invitations (If Applicable)
For clients who opt for printed invitations, delivery is handled via third-party courier services.
Flyway Invitation is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier company.
